Imagine... is a licensed childcare program, and as such, employees must meet certain criteria.  Interviews, references and background checks are completed for all Imagine employees.

Potential employees should submit documentation showing that one of the following requirements has been met within 60 days of hiring:

(1.) six months’ supervised employment in licensed facilities OR

(2.) five sessions of observations for not less than 2½ consecutive hours per session in a licensed group daycare home or childcare center that has been in continuous operation for 3 or more years, and 10 hours of directed readings, video tapes, or workshops OR

(3.) a minimum of three semester hours of academic credit in child development or early childhood education, and supervised observation or three months’ work experience with children OR 

(4.) a child development associate credential.
