Potential employee must submit documentation showing that one of the following requirements has been met within 60 days of hiring: (1.) six months’ supervised employment in licensed facilities OR (2.) five sessions of observations for not less than 2½ consecutive hours per session in a licensed group daycare home or childcare center that has been in continuous operation for three or more years, and ten hours of directed readings, video tapes, or workshops OR (3.) a minimum of three semester hours of academic credit in child development or early childhood education, and supervised observation or three months’ work experience with children OR (4.) a child development associate credential.To inquire further, contact us here.
